WHO WE ARE
Li-J Financial Enterprises was formed with the merging of two companies: Ligons Insurance Group and JARR Insurance Group. With combined experience of over 40 years within the insurance and customer service arenas, we have become experts within the field. We are brokered with A+ carriers with life insurance and Medicare products. We are here to make sure our customers receive the most out of their Medicare plans by making sure they are fully educated on the products that they qualify for so that they can make a sound decision. We are also here to give our customers a piece of mind with knowing that we will be here to help their families at the time of death, when they are no longer able to do so. We don’t like to refer to our clients as customers, because we know them as family.

Through extensive training and field experience we have also conquered agency building. We now want to pass on the knowledge and wisdom to help other agents become agency builders so that they can become wealth creators for their own families. At Li-J Financial Enterprises, we offer one-on-one field training, classroom training, around the clock support, along with numerous of other tools you will need to succeed in the insurance industry.

Joe Ligons
After years of working in corporate America, I knew there was a void that needed to be filled but I didn't know what. After being introduced to insurance as a part-time gig. I then realized what was missing. With much prayer and believing God for more, I was able to leave the corporate world and enter into sales full-time. Through years and years of learning the ins and outs of business I decided to build my own agency. Even though I had years and years of success as a sole agency owner, it wasn't until I hired a new agent to help me realize what was needed for us to go farther. We decided to merge the old techniques with the new way of thinking to unite and become Li-J Financial Enterprises.
Jacqueline Gathers
After being behind the scenes within the insurance industry for 4 years, while working with interpreting polices and claims and managing HR benefits for various clients, I decided to take a leap of faith and use my insurance license to become an agent. Through extensive training and hard work, I then partnered with my manager and mentor to merge our individual agencies together to create Li-J. Through the years of watching agents get beat up in the business and knowing what I so desperately needed when I first started, Thoughts Elevation was created with its first personal development program, Successfully Programmed."
